GenREI Tech was founded by Anne Reyes and Cassidy Klundt, combining more than 30 years of experience leading professional services across small businesses, growth-stage companies, and enterprise organizations. Throughout their careers, both founders focused on building operational systems that scale—CRMs, pipelines, customer journeys, and execution frameworks designed to work in real conditions, not slide decks.

The partnership formed in 2025 when Cassidy set out to build real estate deal flow as a part-time effort to support a long-term investment strategy, quickly confronting the same constraint most operators face: time. Working alongside Anne and her team of highly trained, GoHighLevel-certified virtual assistants revealed what disciplined CRM setup and pipeline management could truly deliver—structured follow-up, qualified leads, and consistent deal flow. The results were meant to extend beyond a smaller set of investors and support a broader community of investors.

GenREI Tech—short for Generating Real Estate Investments through Technology—was created to bring this same operational rigor to other busy professionals, from business owners and real estate investors to wholesalers and realtors who need CRM systems built to match how they actually work.
