GenREI Tech provides customized CRM setup, automation, and virtual assistant (VA) execution services. Because our work involves upfront labor, configuration, and dedicated staffing, refunds are handled under the policy below.
No Refunds After Work Begins
All setup, onboarding, implementation, and configuration fees are non-refundable once work has started, including (but not limited to) CRM builds, pipeline setup, automations, A2P registration, or outreach setup. If you cancel before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion minus any payment processing fees.
Monthly Services
Monthly services (including VA support, lead qualification, documentation, pipeline management, and ongoing CRM support) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period begins.To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to your next renewal date. Service continues through the end of the paid period.
Third-Party Costs
GenREI Tech does not issue refunds for third-party or pass-through costs, including GoHighLevel fees, data/list purchases, SMS/email/phone usage charges, or any external tools paid on your behalf.
No Guarantees of Results
While we provide professional systems and execution support, we do not guarantee specific lead volume, deal flow, closings, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on market conditions, list quality, outreach volume, and client decisions.
Exceptions
In rare cases, refunds or account credits may be considered at GenREI Tech’s sole discretion for documented service failures or administrative errors. Any approved refund or credit may be prorated.
