These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GenREI Tech’s website and services. By engaging GenREI Tech, you agree to these Terms.

 

Services Overview

 

GenREI Tech provides operations-first CRM setup, automation, virtual assistant (VA) support, and strategic consulting services designed to help businesses and real estate investors manage and execute deal flow more effectively.

 

Services may include:

  • GoHighLevel CRM setup and configuration

  • Pipeline architecture and workflow automation

  • A2P registration and compliant outreach setup

  • Lead intake, documentation, follow-up systems

  • Virtual assistant execution and pipeline management

  • Strategy and operational consulting

 

All services are customized based on the client’s business model and goals.

 

No Guarantee of Results

 

GenREI Tech does not guarantee specific outcomes, including lead volume, deal flow, closings, revenue, or profitability. Results depend on market conditions, lead quality, outreach volume, and client decisions.

 

Our responsibility is the delivery of systems and execution support, not results beyond our control.

 

Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information and timely system access

  • Approve messaging, data, and outreach strategies when required

  • Respond to requests for approvals or clarifications in a timely manner

  • Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

 

Delays caused by lack of client input may affect timelines.

 

Billing, Term & Cancellation

 

Services are billed in advance

Engagements are month-to-month, unless otherwise agreed

A 60-day engagement is recommended for meaningful results

Cancellation requires 14 days’ written notice before renewal

 

Services continue through the end of the paid billing period.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by GenREI Tech’s Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

 

In summary:

  • Setup and implementation fees are non-refundable once work begins

  • Monthly service fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts

  • Third-party costs are non-refundable

Third-Party Platforms

 

GenREI Tech utilizes third-party platforms including GoHighLevel and communication providers. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes imposed by third-party vendors.

 

Intellectual Property

 

All systems, workflows, templates, and materials developed by GenREI Tech remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use delivered systems for their business but may not resell or redistribute them.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GenREI Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

 

Confidentiality

​

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.

 

Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

 

Changes to These Terms

​
